I'm Karson!

I am a creative who grew up in the small town of Raymond, Mississippi. I received my Associate of Arts from Hinds Community College and recently graduated from the University of Southern Mississippi in May of 2024 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts with an emphasis in Graphic Design and a minor in Public Relations and Advertising. 

I grew up being very creative, but there weren’t many outlets available for me to express myself and improve my skills. With the pressure to choose a major in college, I was initially planning on going into healthcare. I just couldn’t shake the feeling that I needed to find a career that would allow me to express my creativity. I never dreamed of this as a kid, but I stumbled into graphic design somehow, put in the work, and have fallen in love with it in the process.

I particularly enjoy brand development, photography, product packaging, and copywriting. Outside of design, I have spent the last four years working as a photographer and videographer, primarily shooting weddings, couples, and engagements. I love being able to use my skills and talents to create tangible memories for the people I work with!

When I’m not behind my computer or camera, I enjoy trying new hobbies, thrifting, watching trashy reality tv, clowning over Taylor Swift theories, and traveling with my partner of 6 years, Robi.
